When it comes to achieving a healthy, lush lawn, one of the most common questions we hear is: How much does lawn treatment actually cost? At TruScape, we believe in clear, straightforward answers — and real results you can count on.

What’s Included in Lawn Treatment Services?
At TruScape, we exclusively offer a full-season 6-Step Lawn Treatment Program. We do not offer one-off, partial, or single-step applications. This is intentional — lawn health is not something that can be achieved with one visit or a shortcut. Our proven, professional program ensures that your lawn receives consistent care at every stage of the season.
- Spring Fertilization & Crabgrass Prevention
- Broadleaf Weed Control & Fertilization
Grub Prevention & Early Summer Fertilization
Summer Lawn Health Inspection & Spot Treatments
Fall Fertilization & Broadleaf Weed Control
Late Fall Fertilizer for Root Development
Beyond this core program, we do offer additional lawn care services that complement your treatment plan and can help accelerate your lawn’s progress. These services include:
Lawn Aeration & Overseeding
Compost Top Dressing
Soil Amendments (such as Lime Applications)
Perimeter Pest Control
Flea & Tick Control Treatments
These are optional services that can be added based on your lawn’s specific needs — but participation in our 6-step program is required.
How Much Does It Cost?
The total cost of your lawn treatment program is based primarily on your lawn’s size. In the Westmoreland County area, most of our clients can expect to pay:
$375–$650 per season for an average suburban lawn.
Additional services (like aeration, overseeding, or top dressing) are quoted separately based on square footage and lawn condition.
We also offer a 5% discount when you prepay for the full season.
What You’re Really Paying For
It’s important to understand that the cost of lawn treatments isn’t just about spreading fertilizer or spraying weeds. You’re paying for:
Professional expertise and proper licensing
High-quality products, not generic store-bought materials
Safe, environmentally responsible applications
Reliable service throughout the entire season
Long-term lawn health and protection
A well-maintained lawn is an investment — and it’s much more cost-effective to protect and improve your existing lawn than to try and repair or replace it later.
